@TheXboxSux Just make this test on the G10 .Movie the dark knight “batman ”
at the start of the movie when the batman logo comes every panny for 2010 show black floating in a dark room ,even my bro was sick to see that !!!

    @TheXboxSux
A panny beat a pioneer Oo even if they use G8 G9 panel after 1000 hrs the panny go wrong ,my brother got an v20 , . Pioneer is still the king .It’s not all about richer black , no floating black ,fickering and Buzz on the Pio !!!! watch every good reviewing site cnview ,avs they all say .the best plasma is a pioneer .Maybe in 2011 pana goes at the level of pioneer ,but not sure ..and kuro are made in 2008

LOL the only other TV that beats a Kuro for black is Sonys CRT XBR900 models.

    Seriously tho.

The Panny beats your Kuro at everything else.

Having a richer black is nice, but not a TOTAL selling point.

Point in view. If I wanted richer blacks i’d buy the XBR900. Cheaper. Fast response.

If I want a better HD experience, pannys r the way to go.

    The general consensus agrees.

    I am SOOO getting a G10 46″

I’ve had a 720P LCD TV and now i’m sick of it.

I want a awesome 1080P experience, and this TV DELIVERS, as far as numbers go.

I can’t wait to go check one out at the store.

Pioneer pdp 508 Lx for the win !!!
all the 2010 Panny ‘s got black floating problems in a dark room even if they use the filter of the pioneer .Why ?? just cause the electronique parts is from panasonic and not pioneer !!!!

  14. radioman970 says:

I saw this first hand with a Vizio 42″ 120hz. I’ll be return that TV as soon as my Panasonic 42″ G10 arrives in the mail. I’m worried about the black level problem but I’m thinking a firmware will fix that problem.

  16. imatube2 says:

No. 120hz introduces weird effects because it is doubling the frames making for an unatural smoothness. This plasma tech increases motion resolution with no side effects (maybe a slight loss of brightness). Google search for more info…
